Most building maintenance companies offer inspections or repairs as separate, disconnected services. We built SAT so that everything connects.

An inspection identifies a defect. That defect is logged, graded, and tracked. When the repair is carried out, it's recorded against the same item. Over time, your building develops a complete, verifiable maintenance history.

Not a drawer full of unrelated reports from different contractors.

That's the difference between reactive work and proper long-term care. And it's why our clients stay.

Yes. Listed buildings need careful handling — the right materials, the right approach, and an awareness of what Historic Environment Scotland expects. We’re familiar with that territory.

Do I need scaffolding?

Most jobs don’t. We deliver the majority of our work on rope access, which means no scaffold, less disruption, and faster turnaround. Where scaffold genuinely suits the job better, we’ll say so.

Building Passport is a live digital record of your property — inspections, repairs, defects, and monitoring, all in one place. It’s included as standard for every building we maintain. You and your factor can access it directly.

Yes — we work alongside factors regularly. If you’re an owner and your factor manages common repairs, we’re set up to deal with both. If you’re a factor looking for a specialist contractor, get in touch directly.

Both — but most clients move toward ongoing care once the first job is done. We’re set up for long-term relationships with buildings, not just individual repairs.
