Every job follows the same process — assessed at height, carried out properly, and recorded in full.

Access & Assess
We access the full drainage run by rope. Gutters, downpipes, hoppers, and outlets. Every component is checked for blockages, damage, corrosion, and alignment
Step_02
Clear & Repair
Gutters are cleared of debris, downpipes rodded, and any damaged or corroded sections are repaired or replaced. Brackets, hangers, and fixings are checked and adjusted.
Step_03
Record
Every item is photographed, logged in your Building Passport, and pinned to its exact location. You have a permanent record of what was done, and a baseline for next time.

We handle the full scope of rainwater goods maintenance. From a straightforward gutter clean through to full downpipe replacement. Every job is carried out by rope access with no scaffolding required.
Gutter Cleaning & Clearance
Full clearance of all gutter runs, hoppers, and outlets. Debris removed, water flow tested, and any blockages in downpipes flushed through. This is our most common rainwater call-out across Edinburgh's tenements.
Gutter & Downpipe Repairs
Cracked, corroded, or misaligned sections repaired or replaced. Joints resealed, brackets adjusted, and fixings secured. Cast iron, aluminium, and uPVC systems all covered.
Gutter & Downpipe Replacement
Where sections are beyond repair, we remove and replace them. Old cast iron replaced like-for-like or upgraded to aluminium where appropriate. Full runs or individual sections.

Cast iron gutters and downpipes stripped back, prepared, and recoated to prevent further corrosion. The coating isn't cosmetic — it's what protects the material from oxidation and extends its lifespan by years.
