We access the full drainage run by rope. Gutters, downpipes, hoppers, and outlets. Every component is checked for blockages, damage, corrosion, and alignment

Clear & Repair

Gutters are cleared of debris, downpipes rodded, and any damaged or corroded sections are repaired or replaced. Brackets, hangers, and fixings are checked and adjusted.

Record

Every item is photographed, logged in your Building Passport, and pinned to its exact location. You have a permanent record of what was done, and a baseline for next time.

Full clearance of all gutter runs, hoppers, and outlets. Debris removed, water flow tested, and any blockages in downpipes flushed through. This is our most common rainwater call-out across Edinburgh's tenements.

Gutter & Downpipe Repairs
Cracked, corroded, or misaligned sections repaired or replaced. Joints resealed, brackets adjusted, and fixings secured. Cast iron, aluminium, and uPVC systems all covered.

Gutter & Downpipe Replacement
Where sections are beyond repair, we remove and replace them. Old cast iron replaced like-for-like or upgraded to aluminium where appropriate. Full runs or individual sections.
