When the technicians arrived on site and accessed the roof area, they under went our initial site assessment to determine the rigging and access points required to complete the work that was planned. This assessment involves planning the work approach, setting up equipment receiving and transferring areas and conducting thorough toolbox talks to ensure all work parties are aware of individual roles and responsibilities.

SAT utilize specialist Rope Access equipment, that allows us to access all areas of the roof. Our highly skilled rope access technicians, are able to traverse across the roof easily, safely and effectively.

Our highly competent tradesmen then proceeded to undertake the cleaning of the  gutters and downpipe. Once all debris was removed from the rainwater systems, the technicians meticulously checked each area of the gutters and joints to ensure integrity. Joints that were leaking were cleaned and sealed with new compound.

All our gutter clean projects come with a Free visual inspection of the roof canvas area. So once the rainwater system clearing project was complete, our technicians undertook a roof survey.

All observations identified were recorded in our highly sought after comprehensive Close Out Report. Each report we submit upon completion details all the work conducted, along with supporting before and after photographs.
