Specialist Access Technicians were initially tasked with clearing the rainwater systems on the property and to identify a leak particular area on the roof. When the technicians arrived onsite, the client requested that a full roof survey be undertaken to identify any and all observations that required rectification.
SAT completed the rainwater system clearing and roof survey, and compiled a detailed and comprehensive report illustrating all observations identified that required attention.
The client then requested that SAT close out all the observations that were identified as part of a building maintenance package. Observations that were closed out, included:
- Mortar skew replacements
- Lead flashing and banding replacements
- Stonework supporting and mortar joints
- Coaxial and other cable management and dressing
- Installation of ancillary equipment
- Rainwater system repairing
All tasks were completed safely, on time and within budget. A great job that ensured 100% customer satisfaction.
