Specialist Access Technicians were tasked with clearing the gutters on the rear elevation of the gutter, and to replace a gutter T-connection piece. Once the gutter was cleared, the condition of the gutter became apparent. There was significant deterioration present along the section of gutter. Once the technicians proceeded to lift the gutter off the hangars, gutter sections started to crack and break. Resulting in cracks at various intervals along the length.

The only option for this was to replace the sections either side (including the T-piece), otherwise new steel would be connected to corroded and damaged steel. SAT turned this around with minimal downtime and interference to daily activities on the property.
