Edinburgh Gutter Clean Project

SAT were called in due to an internal leak inside the top floor property. The client assumed it was the front elevation gutter that was the issue. However, once the technicians were on the roof and on location, it became apparent that the leak was not from the front elevation, but from the rear and defective mortar skews.

Our technicians were tasked with clearing the gutters both front and rear elevation, removing all defective mortar skews and replacing with new, replacing missing and damaged roof slates and re-point stonework and seal. A good job was done by our technicians, with 100% satisfaction from the client.
