SAT conducted a building inspection on the front elevation of a property in Edinburgh around the area of the affected downpipe. Temporary repairs were made to significant gaps in rendering and pointing whilst on site. A thorough and detailed report was submitted after the inspection identifying multiple stonework concerns and observations.
Loose stonework was also removed from certain areas as they were not safe. Specialist Access Technicians work to the highest standards and always ensure a work site is in a safe condition after we have completed our work.
